First off, you need to know I'm not very fond of vegetables... Particularly the green type.
For years, the only veggies I could eat were potatoes, tomatoes, and potatoes. Then came carrots. And mushrooms. And later on, salad. I admit I can eat beans. But it's the exception that proves the rule: only the green ones.
Second, it's the first time I cook chard. You know what I do when I have a problem with food ? I try my best to fix it. I cut off dairy, I cut off gluten, I try hard to cut off sugar and I cook vegetables. And I eat them too.
So here's how it started with chard. I bought a few bunches and I made this recipe up. I grated butternut squash, added bits of goat's cheese and you know what? It turned out. It's full of flavours and bursting with toasted sesame seeds.
